Terms of service

Flo Dynasty provides videography, website design, graphic design, and other related services ("Services") to clients as agreed upon in writing.

Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement. Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise specified.

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, patents, and trademarks, related to the Services provided remain the property of Flo Dynasty unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information required for the completion of Services. Any delays caused by the client may result in additional fees or extended timelines.

Flo Dynasty agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any sensitive information to third parties without consent.

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Flo Dynasty harmless against any claims, damages, or losses arising from the client's use of the Services.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Any fees owed for completed services or work in progress will be payable upon termination.

These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States Virgin Islands, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States Virgin Islands.
