Refunds for Services
Refunds for services rendered will be granted at the discretion of Flo Dynasty. Requests for refunds must be made in writing and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds for Products
Products purchased from Flo Dynasty may be eligible for a refund if returned in original condition within 10 days of purchase. Shipping, handling and online processing fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products
If a product is received damaged or defective, clients may request a refund or replacement within 10 days of receipt. Proof of damage or defect may be required.
Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 60 days of approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear in the client's account may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.
