Refunds for Services

Refunds for services provided by Flo Dynasty are handled on a case-by-case basis:

  • Custom Design Services: Deposits are non-refundable once design work has commenced.

  • Partially Completed Work: Refunds may be offered based on the proportion of work completed.

  • Consultations: Refunds are not available for completed consultations or coaching sessions.

Returns and Refunds for Products

Print-On-Demand Products

  • Damaged/Defective Items: Claims must be submitted within 21 days of receiving the product. Include photos and a detailed description when submitting your request.

  • Lost Packages: If an item is lost in transit, submit a claim within 21 days of the estimated delivery date. Printful will handle reprints and reshipping at no cost if the loss is confirmed.

  • Incorrect Address: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, customers will be responsible for updated shipping costs to resend the package.

 

Custom Orders

  • Custom products are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size are not accepted. Ensure sizing details are correct before placing your order.

 

Non-Returnable Products
Certain items, such as face masks or personalized products, are not eligible for returns due to hygiene or customization.

Processing Returns and Refunds

  1. Contact us within 21 days to initiate a return or refund claim.

  2. Provide proof of purchase, photos, or additional documentation as requested.

  3. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds may take longer to appear depending on your payment provider.

Flo Dynasty partners with Printful, a print-on-demand supplier, to create products only when ordered. This reduces waste and ensures every item is made just for you.
