My Alexa Echo Ball rolled off my dresser and fell on my ceramic tiled floor. The echo ball was no longer able to listen to what I was commanding of it. Here is how I fixed my echo ball. Follow along with me through the process of repairing my own Alexa Echo Ball as I disassemble and reassemble my Alexa Echo Ball.
Follow these steps:
-Gather Your Tools. Be sure to unplug the Alexa Echo Ball.
-Open the Ball: Use the screwdriver to remove the four screws on the bottom of the ball. Use the spudger to carefully pry apart the two halves of the ball.
-Reassemble the Ball: Carefully align the two halves of the ball and press them together. Reinsert the four screws and tighten them down.
-Test the Alexa Ball: Plug in the power cable and test your newly repaired Alexa Ball to ensure that it is functioning properly.
